Action in the district court for Ramsey county to enjoin said county, its commissioners, and auditor from acting under certain contracts made with defendants Hagstrom Construction Company, Commonwealth Electric Company, and Healy Plumbing and Heating Company to construct a county jail, in which action plaintiff Alois D. Kennedy was allowed to intervene. The court, Arthur A. Stewart, Judge, granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment, and defendants Ramsey county, Tony Schmidt, George Moeller, Robert Gibbons, Richard Jansen, Hagstrom Construction Company, and Healy Plumbing and Heating Company appealed from the judgment entered.
